	•	Locate a Pharmacy
	•	Find a Chiropractor or Alternative Medicine provider
	•	Locate a Pre-Paid Lab Provider
	•	Locate a Vision Provider - Select “Access Network” in “Choose Your Network” dropdown menu.
	•	Locate a Healthcare Clinic

The Provider Search is a convenient online directory of participating providers. Please be aware that the listings may not be completely current because providers can join or terminate participation at any time and the directory administrators may not have received notification yet. Changes to the directory can occur frequently.
